Abstract
This paper discusses the capacity management in multi-project environments. We studied the capacity problems for projects, the context of multiple projects' management, and we summarized the definition of capacity planning. Moreover, we have explored the components of capacity and the processes of managing capacity as well as the composition of a project manager's capacity. the capacity management model has been proposed in this paper to provide a means to study its system and provide familiarity with how it behaves. As a result, the study will acquire the comprehension of capacity management in multiple projects' management.
