Abstract
In order for our team to perform a ‘self diagnosis’ it was necessary to go back to the beginning of the time together and take note of observations and feelings through each phase of team development. Within each of these phases, the areas of General Observations, Team Performance, Behavior, Conflict and Communication were studied. The model of “Form, Storm, Norm, and Perform” 2 was used as a structure for team insights. Conclusions are made at the end regarding the tools the team used, the effectiveness of rotating the team leadership, and several relationship/team dynamics issues including cross-cultural issues.
