Abstract
Introduction In the competitive situation, a huge number of restaurants have been opened in downtown Portland. Most of restaurant owners need to improve their restaurant efficiency and services not only to satisfy customers but to earn more profits also. One of the ways to increase customers' satisfaction is reducing customers' waiting time during the rush hours (lunch time). The customers' waiting time is one of criteria that all most of restaurants concern about because customers do not want to wait for a long time in line. They want to get food quickly in good quality. For these reasons, we are interested to improve the customers' satisfaction (reducing waiting time)
