Abstract
The purpose of this business plan is to document the credibility and feasibility of Tristar in cellular communication industry in Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. The company was incorporated in 1997 and it is a privately-owned company. The company positions itself in the industry supply chain as a retail company to provide market with cellular devices (handsets), accessories, connection cards, prepaid cards, repair, and maintenance.
