Like many HMO today, Kaiser Permanente is experiencing increasing demands for more information, continued price pressures, and increased customer service expectations. To remain competitive in the marketplace, to improve its customer service, and to reduce its administrative costs, Kaiser Permanente has to initiate projects to define its web strategy from Health Plan and administrative Services perspective. eHealth Care project is to help Kaiser Permanente with its eOperation initiatives. This project provides scope of eIntiatives and will provide Kaiser Permanente with strategic information and recommendation that can be used quickly to move forward with right solution. This report is designed to save considerable time and effort, help to reduce risk and avoid pitfalls, and increase the success potential for Kaiser initiative.
