This project provides scope of eIntiatives and will provide Kaiser Permanente with strategic information and recommendation that can be used quickly to move forward with right solution. This report is designed to save considerable time and effort, help to reduce risk and avoid pitfalls, and increase the success potential for Kaiser initiative.
