Abstract
This report explores the effectiveness of Team #1 during the completion of their Communication and Team Building class, including reports, presentations, and selected reading write-ups. The report includes discussion on individual and team behaviors, structure, factors that contributed or detracted from team performance, analysis of the team's performance curve, social patterns, strengths, weaknesses, ground rules, impact of in-class activities, leadership, and other issues. The report documents issues the team faced and provides corrective action or solutions to the problems. Upon completion of this report, each of the team members believed they had learned methods of being more effective or possibly "high performance" teams as defined by Katzenbach and Smith. Moreover, the report addresses specific changes the team members will take in developing future teams.
