Abstract
Three issues concerning cross-cultural teams are team performance, the cultural value of individualism (vs. collectivism), and conflict. Do heterogeneous teams perform better then homogeneous teams? Our literature review indicates that there are inconsistent research results concerning which teams perform better How does the cultural values of individualism vs. collectivism affect the team? What are some of the factors in cross-cultural interactions that could cause conflicts to arise.
