Abstract
This Team Self-Diagnosis report is a record of the interactions between members of Team Chai-Yo and the assessment of that interaction. It begins by addressing the question "Who were we?" by taking a look at who the members of the team were and what brought them together. It then moves on to look at bow these members interacted and went about trying to achieve their goals. The outcomes of the interactions "ere noted as the question "What happened?" is addressed. It then addresses the question of" Why did we perform the way we did?" by examining the factors that caused the outcomes of the group's interactions. The paper concludes by outlining the lesson learned from the groups' interaction and how those lessons could be applied in future team situations.
