Abstract
Abstract:
Apple is one of the profound commercial successes of the computer industry. Its leading position in the high-tech industry is the result of skillful management of technology, continuous innovation, proper marketing and financial planning. In order to study the reasons behind the company's success, we take a look back at the history of Apple, identify critical issues, study their resolution by the top management, and explore mistakes and alternatives strategies that the company could implement. We conclude our case study with the lessons learned, which draw implications for future management of technology and innovation.
