Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop a Risk Management System (RMS), based upon the principles of the Project Management and Risk management tools taught in the Project Management Tools course (EMGT 510 PMT).
Galaxy Quest (GQ) selected Netzee, Inc (an e- payment solutions provider for the financial institution community), based upon the target rich environment and the willingness of Netzee, Inc. shown for a working RMS system.
The GOAL is to provide Netzee, Inc with an effective and efficient RMS to plan, execute, track and control project performances on an on-going basis. To attain this goal, the RMS must be able to support the following minimum requirements:
- Generate workable WBS
- Develop network diagrams
- Identify PI matrices
- Create Monte Carlo analysis
- Prepare a training plan for the user community
- Implement the training and RMS
