Abstract

This paper is a self-assessment for the Cell team. Our team may be atypical of most teams in that we worked very well together and produced quality work with little conflict. When it came to doing this assessment we found that we did not match with the models presented in class, therefore we designed our own model, which may be a good model for teams in general.
