Abstract
The purpose of this research is twofold. First, Mexico's economic, political, and social structures is analyzed and discussed, in order to better understand the framework management operates under. Secondly, the team selected nine companies, both national and international firms operating in Mexico, and analyzed their strategies and policies in response to the economic crisis the country faces. A matrix was developed which visually depicts these strategies employed by each firm.
