Abstract
This paper constitutes an economical analysis of the Neal Creek Bridge Project. This is a project currently completing in Hood River County, Oregon. The economic analysis of this project examines the cost factors of replacing Neal Creek Bridge. The goal is to define the least cost solution to this replacement.
