Abstract

This project was designed to develop a project analysis procedure addressing analysis of project management upon project completion during the divestment phase. A survey of professional project managers in the public and private sector was instrumental in providing the necessary information on which this analysis procedure was developed. The project analysis procedure was further enhanced by research of available literary materials which was conducted by project team members.
