Abstract
This project describes the work of a matrix project team , involving the key contributors that are procurement engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production. The team studied the issue of the Printed Circuit Assemblies manufactured at HP Vancouver, which had been coming off the Surface Mount lines warped. Using some problem solving techniques, they listed 'what is' and 'what is not', developed a task list with assigned owners and started working the problem out.
