Abstract
The public speaker paging of personnel when they are away from their desks has had detrimental effects. A quality Improvement Team was assigned to investigate the problem and to propose possible solutions. The goals is to reduce the number of public speaker pages by 50% of its current levels within the next year in order o aid in the fulfillment of the company vision, specifically the empowerment of Information's people to do what is right for the customer and in the process exceed customer expectations. The report contains the results of the team's investigation, the team's recommendation, and a proposed implementation plan. Further information regarding the team and its members are also listed.
