Abstract
How does organizational culture affect a team's ability to change its management strategy? Do teams created by organizations that operate in a rapidly changing environment need more or less effort to adapt their strategies than those in organizations with stable environments? These questions are central to your research project. Specifically, the project looks at the relationship between team management strategy, organizational culture, and change.
