Abstract
INTRODUCTION/OBJECTIVE:
This survey was conducted as a Capstone project to study the impact of PSU's Engineering and Technology Management program, ETM, has on the career development of its graduates. The main impacts are in the areas of title change, promotion, salary increase, and degree of satisfaction of ETM. Please note that the title EMP, Engineering Management Program, was changed to ETM in Fall 2000. Therefore throughout this report, ETM is used in place of EMP to reflect this change. The objective of the survey was to provide helpful information for ETM as part of the department's continuous improvement program. It was also to provide information to individuals who are considering pursuing the program.
