Abstract
Abstract:
The Indian motorcycle has been revived after having slept for over four decades. 1999 was their first production year, and every one of the 1,100 motorcycles produced were sold. A strategic analysis of the present organization is preformed, an aggressive yet realistic set of organizational goals is projected for 2005 and a strategic plan is laid out to get there.
