Abstract
The number of people who access the world-wide network “Internet” has increased over the past years. There are many means to access the Internet, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and so on. One of these means is smartphones. Smartphone owners have used their phone to lookup to information available online. Nowadays, the popularity of smartphones has obviously increased among people. Statistics shows that two-third (64%) of Americans own at least one smartphone. 19% of smartphones owners rely on smartphone to “going online” [1]. Therefore, many companies have started to have an app for different purposes. Some of these purposes are building loyalty, reinforce a firm’s brand, interacting with customers, and so on. Competitors, such as grub hub and Domino's, have started to use Apps to increase their sell-through. However, from strategic point of view, it is important to have a mobile app for two main reasons: to stay in competition and to enhance company’s image. This project is to create a mobile app, in both operating systems Android and IOS, that would help customer to easily browse restaurants.
