Abstract
Emerging technology by definition is technology on the cutting edge of innovation. This technology admittedly is filled with potential for failure. It also has the potential to accelerate revenue growth for an organization through increased markets, knowledge and efficiencies. Two areas of emerging technologies are examined in this paper: decision making technologies and new internet applications.
