Abstract
This paper examines essential conditions that affect a company doing business in the Philippines and Singapore. The research project focuses on comparing and contrasting attributes of the Philippines and Singapore, especially governments, economic conditions, infrastructures, and socio-cultural issues in relationship to the attractiveness and feasibility of an American company conducting business there.
