Abstract
The intention of this paper is to show the importance of the human conveyer in the world of Technology Transfer. A general overview of the some forms of technology transfer will be examined, but more specifically it will focus on the importance of the human interaction portion. Two different organizations will be examined for their use of technology transfer and for what reasons.
