Abstract
This paper investigates the founding, expansion and current status of one of the United States most successful companies, Tektronix. Since it's founding in 1946 by Jack Murdock and Howard Vollum, Tektronix has practiced a unique set of values that have allowed it to become an innovation leader. These original values have been rocked in recent year by changing management.
