Abstract
Harnessing creativity into innovation does not come to easily to any organization; it is a complex and case-specific process. The problem of fostering creativity is particularly important at high tech firms that operate in an increasingly dynamic and complex environment. Such firms rely on innovation heavily and therefore, have a vested interest in fostering creativity.
