Abstract
The purpose of this project is to analyze waiting line characteristics in fast-food restaurants based on customer's satisfaction and restaurants' policies. The project includes the content of queuing theory, defining problems about waiting line in general and in fast-food restaurants, data analysis and ends up with our recommendations.
