Abstract
This paper is a preliminary study of the evaluation of innovative building technology. The ultimate objectives are to find out whether the well-structured evaluation patterns of building technology exist, the key impacts determined by decision makers when dealing with the new building technologies selection, as well as whether the key impacts are common consideration over a variation of building type and size. The research questions and the examining and analyzing plans are developed.
