Abstract
The Objectives of this study are to examine the uniqueness of the Philippines in terms of socio-cultural characteristics, governmental characteristics, economic conditions, and infrastructure, to explore the differences that are found in the areas of project management in the Philippines, and to identify project management success and failure factors.
