Abstract

Executive Summary:

The following paper describes in detail the decision of a recent Engineering Management graduate, Crystal Vlnsaint, to choose a new job. Crystal has several years of experience in the computer industry and is eagerly looklng forward to a new job possibly in a different city than her current home of Portland, OR. To that end, she has performed a comprehensive job search and found seven job offers all in different cities. Not sure of maklng the decision on her own, she has asked our Engineering Management Decision Maklng group to assist her.
