Abstract
Some authors like Bygrave consider today the entrepreneurial age (Bygrave 1997). And the entrepreneurs are transforming the economies worldwide. The future of the countries of the world may depend on their ability to create new businesses and new products.
This paper will provide insight into many of the issues relating to planning and executing a start-up strategy. The main areas covered are as these: planning, finance, marketing/sales, operations and team building of the new firms.
