Abstract
The aim of this research paper is identifying the customer satisfaction factors that effect Peter Stott Center gymnasium. We apply methodologies from the literature review to develop our methodology. We use preliminary survey, observation, interview, and questionnaire to collect the data After that, we analyze the data by using statistic method such as arithmetic average method, standard deviation method and regression analyze method. In order to get the results, we have run these methods through Microsoft Excel 2000 software. Finally, we compare between the results from literature review and our research. Then we discuss why both results are different.
