Abstract
Recent past years has seen tremendous growth in industrial arenas over the world and this phenomenon has resulted in cultural exchanges. This paper is an effort to identify some of the underlying issues of these cultural exchanges. The paper identifies Nationality, Diversity, Power Distance and Collectivism as some of the issues and discusses them at length giving evident analogies across the world. The issues discussed here are shown to affect performance and the same is depicted throughout. These issues are relatively present in every corporate culture and likely means of reducing the effect of the issues are discussed. The findings have been thoroughly represented and possible suggestions and solutions to resolve the issues have been discussed in the paper.
