Abstract
Simulation so used in many arenas to aid in the decision making process. This paper uses a simulation tool to analyze tradeoff decisions in a manufacturing environment. Specifically it examines the tradeoffs between batch sizes; number of manufacturing machines and workforce level and several measurements of the system performance are analyzed.
