Abstract
The team process report describes our team’s journey through the class of communication and team building. We are self-motivated students and professionals who are equally committed to our team objectives and committed to one another’s personal success; we consider ourselves high performance team.
In our journey we traveled from forming, storming, norming to performing, and we had a high level of interaction with the rest of the class as class owners, and as audiences as well.. The skills and lessons we’ve learned and taken away with us, are valuable for our own lives and professional careers.
