2. Literature Review of TQM concepts, tools and techniques
3. Survey of dental infection control requirements and standards promulgated by Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Oregon OSHA, Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP), Oregon Board of Dentistry (OBD) and Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
4. Real-world problem-monitoring and measuring Infection Control in the Dental Setting against the established quality program
5. Problem analysis using TQM tools and techniques, data analysis, short term outcomes, and future recommendations for sustainability.
