Abstract
In this paper we try to analyze the development of a particular team as they progress through a class at Portland State University which focuses on team building andcommunication. We start by introducing the team members and their backgrounds and qualitatively assess the team's thoughts and opinions with regards to the Tuckman Model of team development. Then we use quantitative analysis by having each member assess their performance in six different categories and interpret them by using radar charts. We summarize the results and present the key learnings from the research.
