Abstract
How do innovative companies locate creative, motivated people who will produce quality work for the organization?
We will examine the hiring practices at successful innovative companies and look for common factors. Through a combination of literature review and studying employee and interviewee reports, we hope to discover what separates these companies from their less successful competition.
Understanding how these companies attract quality personnel may grant some insight into doing so at a company striving to become competitive.
