Abstract
The main objective for this project is to focus on understanding of innovation and its management at Google. Will Google continue to be innovative, successful and grow rapidly following its current strategies? The paper includes study of Google’s business model, its various innovation strategies implemented for human resources, product, diversification & acquisition. The paper also discusses its business model and what drove some products to be highly successful and the reasons and learning’s from those that failed. We have used extensive literature review to understand these aspects of Google’s innovation and culture. Based on this study and the SWOT analysis the paper provides some recommendations on how Google can address some of its threats, overcome the weaknesses, avail the opportunities & maximize its strengths.
