Abstract
Our team, the Teamwork Pandas, has learned and applied many team building and communication skills over the course this term. We experienced and resolved conflict within the team; we observed Tuckman’s stages of development to our team; we believe strongly in equal responsibility, thus we used a shared-leadership paradigm to manage ourselves; we recognized our vast diversity and learned to leverage it to our benefit. The following report discusses our experiences with specific regard to conflict, Tuckman’s stages of development, shared leadership, diversity, and the team performance curve.
