Abstract
Communication and team building skills play an important role in improving team performance. This report provides a reflection of the communication and team building experience that our team, team 4, has experienced over the course of the term. The report delves into the four stages of team growth, which are: forming, storming, norming, and performing. Indeed, some challenges were encountered along the way, but this never stopped the team from performing effectively. In fact, this course was a valuable learning experience for our team as it provided us with some useful communication and team building skills and tools that we used to overcome the challenges that we came across. In general, our team can be best described as a team in which all team members contributed equally and were committed to the agreed upon mission and objective. All team members were very open and receptive to do their best and to learn new skills of communication and team building.
