Abstract
Many valuable studies have been performed on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner project. Some studies have focused on the financials, several others on the specific project outcomes and what worked and didn’t work. Our team decided to compare and contrast the Dreamliner project against a related, but different project, Virgin Galactic’s recent aircraft model WK2 and its associated SS2. Both companies planned and executed a new design and manufacturing project that would show the aviation world what they could accomplish.
