Abstract
The objective of this report is to give team members an opportunity to reflect on the process ofteam building and learn from it to accumulate the experiences of working as a team whether in the role of a leader or a follower. The team members learn how to cooperate and communicate with the other team members and how to overcome the difficulties encountered. This is meaningful to all team members because one will know how to handle different situations in the process of working as a team, especially the human aspects. The report provides an overall view of the team process of forming, storming, norming, performing. The review of the specific stage of team process was provided and the team perspective which describes the real situation experienced was written. Based on our experiences through the class we have generated a“lessons learned” portion and concluded our team process.
