Abstract
Innovative Techsoft (IT SVC) is a leading provider of Integrated IT services to small, medium and large enterprises as an outsourced partner of Accel frontline Services Ltd. At Innovative they ensure that engineers understand the ‘who and why’ behind not only the processes but also the values. They offer customers expertise to manage and maintain their processes with effective and innovative solutions.
IT SVC provides managed services to all major IT & Telecomm brands Seagate, Mosaerbaer, Samsung and Transcend. They provide end to end solutions, repair, refurbishment, replacement, logistics and distributions. In Telecomm, support is provided to mobile products of Dell, Videocon, Beetel and Sony Ericson.
Innovative is also engaged in providing the aftersales service to Belkin global leader in networking and connectivity solutions.
Innovative has started its operations one year back at Ludhiana, Punjab, India and has four branch offices across Punjab.
