Abstract
Our team was committed to provide and encourage cohesion and collaboration between team members. Trust improved extensively compared to the initial stages of forming and storming. Our team valued each other’s opinion and implemented this mandate into the rules. Team learned to appreciate the differences and strengthen relationships through positive and constructive feedback. Team confronted ‘issues but not the people’. Overall, our Norming stage was the inflection point which moved us towards the high performing team curve.
