Abstract
Technology has been evolving tremendously over the past few decades, new communication methods allow people to send and receive data on levels that were considered outlandish in the past. In this study our team addresses how teams communicate and produce while using “virtual” mediums. Using the political, social, technological, and economic viewpoints of virtual teams, we can explore challenges and opportunities that exist with virtual teams in today’s business environment.
