Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interrelation between Single-Minute- Exchange-of-Die (SMED) system and Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing through the investigation and evaluation of the effects of these concepts on each other, regarding the information gathered from the related literature and case studies.
