Abstract
The Columbia River Crossing (CRC) is a potential construction project to improve the current Interstate I-5 bridge over the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington. It is not of immediate necessity, but described as needed to address the transportation problems on I-5, and the proposed solution is a mix combination of bridge, public transit and highway solutions. If they do not move forward with a comprehensive long-term solution now, the problems will only get worse.
