Abstract
The difference in location, time, culture, language, type of organization and knowledge that been carried out over the organization has a huge impact on how a team interacts and functions within itself. This paper examines challenges associated with knowledge transfer in virtual interactions commonly experienced by global teams. While others have researched this topic several times in the past, the author observed that due to what is out there, the knowledge transfer and its impacts are constantly evolving.
