Abstract
In this paper, based on literature review, some important definitions and perspectives on individual knowledge, collective knowledge and organizational knowledge, will be considered. The paper will follow a taxonomy approach to map these definitions and make a construct for analyzing the relationship of individual knowledge to organizational knowledge.
